Today three couples from across Northeast Ohio joined us at the farm for cake tastings, sampling four flavor combinations:
• Moist Pound Cake with Bakery Icing
• Moist Pound Cake with Italian Meringue
• Spice Cake with Bakery Icing
• Spice Cake with Italian Meringue
As you can see… every bite disappeared.
But when it came time to choose their wedding cake flavor, Spice Cake with Italian Meringue Buttercream won every time. Spices paired with light, silky Italian meringue buttercream turned out to be the clear favorite.
