Nestor Flower Farm is a flower farm and wedding floral design studio in Ashland, Ohio, serving couples throughout Cleveland and Northeast Ohio. We grow seasonal flowers specifically for our couples and create thoughtfully designed wedding florals with sustainable, foam-free mechanics. Our approach combines the beauty of locally grown flowers with personalized design for celebrations that feel distinctive, sophisticated, and connected to the season.

Nestor Flower Farm started as a MaryAnne’s desire to get out of the house and away from the computer to grow something beautiful. I began making bouquets for local clients but after my first bride reached out to me, I was smitten. I love brides. I love the fairytale. I desire to grow the most beautiful and personal flowers just for their day.

Carl Nestor joined the team in 2026 as chief of infrastructure but with his unique creative ability is quickly becoming a designer for the unusual. His flower style is truly out of the ordinary. I expect to see him in magazines and as the designer for the bride who wants something to really stand out.

Unlike a traditional florist who primarily sources flowers through wholesalers, I grow seasonal varieties specifically for each wedding, allowing the design to reflect both your vision and the natural beauty of the Ohio growing season. Flower farmer florists grow most, if not all, their flowers for their weddings. Nestor Flower Farm goes one step further. We grow flowers especially for each individual bride, so their wedding is uniquely theirs.

How does Nestor Flower Farm work?

The initial contact is as easy as setting up a time on the calendar to call me. That initial conversation will give us something to think about before we go deeper into the design consultation. In the full design consultation, we will talk about the flowers that have meaning to you and the flowers that you see for your special day. We will talk about venues, their rooms and spaces. We will discuss the ceremony as well as the reception. Based on your budget I will design your wedding florals. Then I will order the seed and whatever else I need for your special flowers and grow them especially for you.

How much does it cost?

Every wedding is different. Venue, guest count, season, personal style, and the places that matter most to you all influence how your flowers are designed. We’ll talk about which flowers matter most to you and what we can realistically accomplish within your investment. Wedding floral services begin at a $3,000 minimum investment. Each proposal is tailored to the couple’s vision, seasonal flower availability, and the overall scope of the celebration.
