One of the most common requests I hear from couples is for reception flowers that feel romantic without overwhelming the table.
Low centerpieces have remained a wedding favorite for exactly that reason. They create a lush, welcoming focal point while allowing guests to see and talk with one another across the table.
This garden-inspired design features one of my favorite wedding flowers—lisianthus. With their soft, ruffled petals and exceptional vase life, lisianthus bring elegance and lasting beauty to a celebration. Shades of lavender, blush, peach, and cream are accented with airy white Peter Cottontail yarrow and delicate blue Tweedia, creating a palette that feels fresh, timeless, and naturally gathered.
Every arrangement I create begins with flowers grown here at Nestor Flower Farm. Rather than relying on flowers shipped from around the world, I design with blooms harvested at their peak, allowing each centerpiece to reflect the beauty of the season.
I believe wedding flowers should feel as though they belong in the moment—not copied from a catalog, but thoughtfully designed for your celebration and the time of year you say “I do.”
If you’re planning a wedding in Northeast Ohio and love romantic, garden-inspired flowers, I’d love to help create centerpieces that are as beautiful from every seat at the table as they are in your photographs.
